Overview:
The primary objective of this position is to work closely with the internal management team and external partners to create and implement comprehensive policies and programs related to corporate marketing, communications and campaigns. The Marketing Manager is responsible for monitoring the development of marketing support collateral and ensuring that all deadlines are met. The Marketing Manager will be required to carry the agency’s reputation in a professional manner when conducting business with clients, partners and companies that FCIS represents.
Skills Needed:
5+ years of experience in marketing or communications, 2+ years in a management role, Demonstrated experience in creating successful marketing collateral, Ability to initiate and monitor several simultaneous projects, Available to travel to events and agency locations.

Duties/Activities:
- Develop a measuring system for determining the success of each marketing program
- Coordinate all media contact and ensure that the company is getting the right digital and non-digital coverage
- Develop marketing campaigns and communicate those campaigns to the organization
- Maintain editorial control on all marketing and public relations collateral that is released on behalf of the company
- Organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues, coordinating with staff to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchandise
- Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
- Communicate with management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as brainstorm fresh strategies
- Maintain necessary licenses and continuing education required for license renewal.
- Follow agency guidelines and workflows and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
- Insure confidentiality of personal information.
- Attend monthly and weekly staff meetings
- Attend RV rallies or shows and be a seminar presenter.
- All other duties as assigned
